BRANDON AGAWA

"I believe if you eat well and exercise DAILY you will maintain a healthy lifestyle."

Brandon Agawa was born and raised in the Bay Area with a short stint in Sacramento. He loves to do anything active. You name it, he’s done it and, probably, likes it. As with anyone, Brandon does have favorites which are big parts of his life, namely martial arts and dance.

With over six years of Capoeira training, 2 years of Judo, 1 year of Eskrima and 3 years of dance, Brandon places a lot of emphasis on core training and cardio endurance. He is a firm believer in holistic medicine and techniques, including chiropractic, deep tissue/sports massage, acupuncture/ acupressure and reiki. That said he also appreciates the usefulness of being strong and combines this with his self described specialties of cardio, flexibility and endurance.

When Brandon trains he is always strives to increase his cardiovascular endurance but has recently set his sights on gaining up to 15 pounds of lean muscle mass and strengthening his legs to benefit his martial arts. As you might expect, Brandon’s favorite exercises revolve around abs and cardio.
