Mission District at Valencia St. Muscle

Mission Clinic at 20 Sycamore

Our private clinic is located in the Mission District near the 16^th and Mission Bart Station at 20 Sycamore St. San Francisco CA. 94110. It houses a large open gym facility where your physical therapy, personal training, and massage can take place. The clinic is well equipped with state of the art Ironman machines including a treadmill, stationary bike, and elliptical. Gym equipment and other high-tech tools are part of the excellent therapy we provide at our Mission facility. We can measure and track your heart-rate, body fat, body mass index, and weight. Our therapists also perform ultrasound and manual therapy at the Mission location.

OPTW's Valencia Street location is inside the Valencia Street Muscle Gym. It is well equipped with elliptical machines, treadmill and recumbent bikes; private office for therapy, along with a full gym. The gym has a full range of free weights and machines for strength training, weight loss and increasing flexibility. Parking is available around the block on the streets. We can measure and track your heart-rate, body fat, body mass index and weight. Our therapists also perform ultrasound and manual therapy at our Valencia Street Muscle Gym location.

Parking

Our Mission clinic is located within a block of the Mission Police Station so parking is typically very safe. Parking is available on Sycamore, Valencia and Mission between 17^th and 18^th.

When traveling to our East Bay clinic in Fremont parking is easily accessible behind the building. Parking is for our clients, solely.

Hours of Operation

Clients are able to schedule therapy sessions or personal training sessions from 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday and 1pm to 5pm on Saturday.

Our receptionist is in the office from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday to receive your calls, emails and faxes.
