Anthony ‘Tony’ Nella grew up in Oakland where he spent most of his time playing sports, including track and football. For more than twenty years Tony has been deeply involved in Ju-jitsu, Kali and Bruce Lee’s fighting system, Jeet Kun Do. These different disciplines have heavily influenced Tony in the way he trains and what he trains for.
With over eight years training experience, ten years as an instructor (martial arts) and two years with Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Wellness, Tony has learned firsthand what it takes to get people healthy, strong and in fantastic shape fast while do so safely. Through his vast experience Tony has become a very well rounded trainer, however he specializes in conditioning, training you to unlock infinite energy and intensity.
In his own training, Tony works hard for one simple goal: to be ready for Armageddon. Although this seems like a very broad and, perhaps, flippant goal, the message is clear; whatever life throws at Tony, he will be ready. To accomplish this and any goal, Tony believes he gets the best results from deadlifts, a conviction that would be hard for anyone to dispute.
